Enjoy the crackling sounds of the fires roaring with some toasted marshmallows in hand. Our Mini meg indoor wood burner came all the way from New Zealand, she's just the sweetest!

Relax in the outdoor bath that fits 2 as the sun goes down behind the trees or wait until nighttime under the stars! An experience you will never forget!

Sylvie's hut does not have a television or WIFI but does have phone reception so you are able to hotspot. We have supplied a bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favourite tunes and board games to play with your loved one.

Some of our favourite features are the huge copper shower head and bathroom underfloor heating for the colder months. We better add that our toilet is flushing for those of you who like the idea of country living but not that country living!

Our sister accomodation ( Cleve's hut ) is located in the same 70-acre paddock, roughly 200m from each other with a private outlook over the field. Due to the contours of the land, you can only just see the top of the solar panels from both huts. Our priority is to ensure that all of our guests will have 100% privacy. With the directions from us you can explore a private area of the Blackwood River right from your font gate.

Nestled in the heart of tranquillity, Sylvie's hut provides the best of both worlds. Located just a minute's drive from Nannup, the nearest town, you'll enjoy convenience while savouring the feeling of seclusion. Surrounded by nature and accompanied by friendly cows as neighbours, the farm offers a peaceful escape.

Shared driveway/entrance from the main road into the paddock with sister accommodation (Cleve's hut) 

 To reach Sylvie's hut, a short drive off the main road through the double gates, following the arrow on the sign that veers left to another set of double gates to enter Sylvie's hut. We have taken precautions to protect your vehicle by enclosing the hut from grazing cattle, ensuring a safe parking area within the second gate. This access is suitable for all vehicles, including 2-wheel drive. 

With the directions from us you can explore a private area of the Blackwood River right from your font gate of Sylvie's hut.

Other things to note

Unfortunately Sylvie's hut is not suitable for pets and are a danger to livestock. Use of this property, including the river, bushwalking, exploring the grounds, any interaction with farm animals & wildlife is at guests own risk.
